My guess for what happened - going far to fast along that curve, hit a bump that jostled the suspension around in a bad way, lost control, over-corrected, and -scene-.

My roommate had a similar accident last year on a similar-looking bend in her Corolla. It required exactly one Cincinnati police officer, and ambulance, and a wrecker. That looks crazy.
